|What is shipping insurance?|
|Shipping insurance protects your product against the possibility of loss, theft, or damage; and it is recommended on all orders. Standard delivery service does not include shipping insurance. Due the construction of certain television models, shipping insurance will be required in order to ensure your product arrives safely and undamaged.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Please Note: On all sizes 40" and above, shipping insurance will be required on your order to ensure your product arrives safely and undamaged.
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued within two business days.
If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, Best Choice AV will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
Any Television must be opened and inspected at the time of delivery, if there is any damage or defect it must be refused and given back to the trucking company. Once the unit is signed for and accepted by you or the consignee, you waive all rights to file a claim. we cannot file a claim for any damage with the shipping company once it is signed and accepted
you must remove the box and inspect the contents inside before signing for delivery.
If the product is damaged please notate the damage on the delivery form and refuse the package, at that point please notify us of the damage so we may file a claim and replace/refund your product at your discretion.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
